The Freedom From Religion Foundation sent a letter to an Oklahoma school informing them of reports that staff were engaged in proselytisation of the pupils.
​
The Oklahoma State Department of Education swung into action - and sued the FFRF on grounds that were complete nonsense.
​
That did not go well for them. The complaint was rightly dismissed: Opinion and Order
