Recessions are normal, and a healthy part of any economy because they trim out the economic fat (i.e. companies that are too bloated). If you claim there will be a recession next year enough times you will be right at some point. No matter what the national debt is we will have recessions from time to time. Again, that's a normal outcome of market capitalism.
