I would expect that to mean that somebody logged into his account 11 days ago. But maybe it just means that the transition to “idle” status happened then. Perhaps Percy/Admin can explain? (It’s not in the FAQ)
Anyone who's accessed the site in the past 90 days is considered active. After that you're considered inactive or idle. Ringo is 10 days out from the 90 day active period that began after his most recent access back in February.
Maybe once someone is judged inactive it would be better to count from the time of their last access rather than the end of the time of their most recent active period.
