No luck tracking down Ringo. I read a bunch of obituaries from February 10th to about a week forward. I checked the hours he tended to post with library branch hours and wasn't able to narrow it down to just one branch. I did an online chat with staff there and they said they couldn't help me. --Percy

Yes, lets hope for the best. Im wondering if any of this is my fault. I can be an argumentative ass at times and I know I pissed off jar. Maybe I need to take some time off. If it brought ringo back it would be well worth it for me.

That's a good idea. I was thinking some of us who are friends might privately exchange emails also. If something happened to Percy and the server shut down it might be nice to maintain contact.

Good idea. My email is in my profile. I will msg you and Percy my wife's email and my Facebook info. This is actually the only place on the internet where I am anonymous. If it is worth saying I am going to put my name on it. I realize this is just virtual crap, but I have only a few friendships longer than the time I have been here. I have honed and better developed my political and social views here. I have learned more about science than I ever did previously in life. Thinking I may never hear from Ringo again or know what happened is upsetting. BTW, my wife calls this the blue site. She has no idea what it is other than I argue politics and religion.

Anyone who would like to leave behind some private contact info for friends or family should send me a PM and I'll save the information away. You can trust that I will keep it private. I won't even read it before filing it away in a folder I've created. I can see everyone's currently email address in their profile, but of course people do change their email address, so email addresses cannot be relied upon to be working. And they are of no help if someone's unable to respond. We were fortunate to be have contact people for Anglagard, RAZD, Buzsaw, Asgara and Robin Rohan. Speaking of which, Dr Adequate's last post was October 6, 2020. Do we know he's okay? Off the top of my head I recall that he lived in the Las Vegas area. Is there anyone else we wouldn't expect to just disappear? Edge's last post was July 27, 2019. I'm thinking of filing a "should I leave this earthly plane" document with my lawyer. --Percy
