No big deal, Dredge. You can do it too but you have to first stop eating those crackers.

I have vanquished some gods ... all the Hindu ones, for starters ... and Allah. Had no luck against Thor ... he bashed the crap outta me.

I keep telling you, Dredge. You have to stop eating those crackers. Let your brain get right with reality for a while and when YHWH lets go you can vanquish him then go after Thor. Easy. You can do it.

No, that would be you. You are making claims that certain species have no ancestors with absolutely no fossil evidence to back it.
It's not that hard to figure out that our fossil collections are incomplete. We have only searched a tiny, tiny, tiny portion of the Earth for fossils, and new fossil species are found each and every year.

Re: Typical?
Unlike Darwinoids, I interpret the fossil as it is, not as I want it to be. If as-yet-unknown fossils are discovered that fill all those yawning evolutionary gaps, I will amend my view accordingly.

Then how do you determine if a fossil doesn't have an ancestor just from the fossil alone?

I don't attempt to determine if a fossil has an ancestor.

Then what do you mean when you say there is a gap in the fossil record?

Re: Typical?
A gap in the Darwinian story ... a story I don't subscribe to. All I know is life-forms changed over time - I don't know if they evolved from ancestors or not, so I don't look at the fossil record in terms of evolutionary ancestors.

... I don't look at the fossil record in terms of evolutionary ancestors.
So you don't look to evidence to see what is there but to find fodder for your beliefs? No, you just ignore evidence of any kind and only see the inside of your blindfold.
Expected.

Re: Typical?
Fossils can't tell us what happened or confirm any theory about what happened ... whether it be Darwinism or some form of divine creation or whatever. No one will ever know what happened, so I don't waste my time trying to find out.
