If candle was exceptional, we could probably shrug and get on with life, but there are millions of these idiots. It would be more useful if we spent our time trying to understand how they got to be the way they are. Then maybe we could do something about them.
Until we do, there’ll always be those - like Trump - willing to exploit them. And that hurts all of us.
