May you rot in the hell you believe in.
I feel a bit guilty getting this entertained free of charge.

They also brought disease, war, needless bloodshed. In the 200 years after Pizarro your religion and it's faithful killed about 60% of the indigenous population on the whole continent.
A culture that practised human sacrifice (which included children and the skinning of victims) on a regular basis deserved to be destroyed ... or do you think a religion that practises such abominations is the preferred option?
What "needless bloodshed" are you referring to?
Your god is evil.
China gave the world Covid and Africa gave the world HIV, killing millions ... so according to your logic, those countries must be "evil" too.

If you're going to pull numbers out of the sky, why just 90%? What's wrong with 99.9%?

Does that mean that you aren't going to explain why DNA evolution for viruses, bacteria, and yeast is different for complex, multicellular, sexually replicating organisms? That as good as Taq's claim that multiple alleles can fix simultaneously. Do you have anything else to throw up against the wall and see if it will stick? And sooner or later, you will have to face the music.

[qs=Dredge]In other words, since the probabilty of the same person winning the lottery 1000 times in a row is much much less than 10^-50 (cf. 2.414×10^-8000)

It isn't. It's the same in every draw
Are you saying the probability of someone winning the lottery once is the same as that same person winning the lottery 1000 times in a row?
Fascinating.

So if God performed abiogenesis through natural processes, what then?
Please be advised that your concept of God using "natural processes" to produce life is an oxymoron -
if God performed abiogenesis through natural processes,
there would be nothing "natural" about it.
And how would you distinguish between the "natural" and supernatural parts of that abiogenesis?
If God performed abiogenesis through natural processes, how would that process be different to nature alone performing abiogenesis?

If I flip a coin 9 times and it comes up heads every time. What are the chances it will come up heads again?

What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence. -Christopher Hitchens

Facts don't lie or have an agenda. Facts are just facts

"God did it" is not an argument. It is an excuse for intellectual laziness.

If your viewpoint has merits and facts to back it up why would you have to lie?

You're such a Bullshit Peddler.
You wish I was peddling bullshit. You just haven't ever experienced hard mathematical science being applied to biological evolution. You came in late in the discussion. Do you even know what physical processes Darwin described and which laws of physics (thermodynamics) applies to these processes?
Tanypteryx:
Pink Floyd is my favorite.
Are you really that old? The only song I remember from that group is "Money".
