Here is the message from my cousin/prima Linda in Puerto Rico
quote:
Hi, This hurricane was different than Maria because we had many more floods. In this stage there's a lot of help available (food, water, supplies, etc) but after this stage we need to reach out to the people that lost all of their electric appliances because of the floods.. I will keep you informed and let you know how you can help.
Linda is the director of a foundation in Puerto Rico that as well as working on social programs, coordinates help at times like these.
Please consider donating to groups helping Puerto Rico. I'm not sure it is appropriate posting links here on this forum. But if you would like some direction or ideas contact me.
Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. As work continues I will get updates from Linda of what they are doing and where the donations are going.
Boricuas the world over thank you. Gracias.

What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence. -Christopher Hitchens

Facts don't lie or have an agenda. Facts are just facts

"God did it" is not an argument. It is an excuse for intellectual laziness.

If your viewpoint has merits and facts to back it up why would you have to lie?
