There are online dictionaries where you could look up "eugenics," Dictionary.com for one. Once you look up eugenics you'll see how it advocates proactively favoring the fittest (and proactively hampering the unfit through means like sterilization and extermination) in order to further improve the breed.

Right now society is a hodge podge of human traits being rewarded through $$$, influence, popularity on the internet, skill in finance, all regardless of your view of fitness.
