About Greatest I am's original point in Message 1 that whites have made a tactical error by making abortion much less easily available, I think only white racists would see it in those terms. When presented with this possibility of being out-reproduced I expect they wouldn't express much concern, that they'd reply with various sentiments like, "We're still top dog. If they try to take control they'll have to deal with my 45." In other words, I wouldn't expect they'd give the matter any deep thought.
In another of his messages Greatest I am argued that we're all given to racist thinking, but I think most of us acknowledge that. The difference between typical human beings possessing the many ills to which the flesh is heir and actual racists is that the former fight against their racist tendencies while the latter revel in them.
A very short article in a recent issue of Scientific American summarized the results of a recent psychological study of the tendency to share fake news (share in the Facebook/Twitter sense) showed that both conservatives and liberals shared inaccurate or false news stories at about the same rate, but they then focused on a subgroup that displayed a tendency to share much more often. This group possessed lower levels of conscientiousness, where consciousness is measured by orderliness, impulse control, conventionality and reliability.
The found that low-conscientiousness liberals (LCLs) were average in their tendency to share fake news stories, but that low-consciousness conservatives (LCCs) were highly likely to share fake news stories. Even with additional safeguards in place, like labeling a story "Disputed" and even issuing an "Are you sure you want to share this fake news story" warning, LCCs would share the story anyway.
I wonder if racists would tend to measure low on the conscientiousness scale, and whether that would correlate with their tendency to cherry pick data (in effect, fake news) that supports their belief that other races are inferior.

What is stupid is that we are not acknowledging our fittest and brightest and giving them power.
This is a veiled reference to eugenics, something the Nazi's aggressively pursued.

You are stupid to think that we can survive without competing.
You're responding to what Ringo said in Message 63 and dwise1 in Message 53, which I don't think you understood.
It would be helpful if you could quote what you're responding to. Let us know if you'd like the quoting codes explained.

You suggest I do not understand, yet did not explain their thinking.
Their thinking was pretty clear. I think if you reread those messages, Message 53 and Message 63, you'll see where you went wrong pretty easily. But if after doing that you still can't see it just let me know and I'll attempt to explain.
You're still not quoting anything. Would you like some help with the quote codes?

There is nothing veiled when speaking of the levels of the fittest, when doing so always shows the levels of the least fit.
So when you suggested giving power to "our fittest and brightest," the reference to eugenics wasn't veiled?

Why?

No one is quoting anything anyway.
By "no one" you can only mean yourself, because almost everyone but you is usually quoting what they're replying to.
Would you like some help with the quote codes?

How anyone gets eugenics out of my words, when I am talking of the fittest, shows the garbage mental biases and attitudes that posting produces in some.
I think maybe you don't know what eugenics means. When someone starts saying things like giving power to the fittest and brightest, eugenics usually isn't far behind.

Another who says I do not understand something,...
There are online dictionaries where you could look up "eugenics," Dictionary.com for one.
...yet will not bother correcting me or showing my error.
Once you look up eugenics you'll see how it advocates proactively favoring the fittest (and proactively hampering the unfit through means like sterilization and extermination) in order to further improve the breed.
If you guys want to jump to conclusions that are wrong and then expect me to straighten you out, try again.
The connection between favoring the fittest and eugenics seems pretty obvious. If drawing this connection was incorrect in this case then you need merely explain, instead of pretending you don't know what eugenics means.

This may be true to some, but not for the most intelligent.
The first sentence is from me, the second from you, but there's no way to tell the difference. I think what you meant to say was this:

Today, are we not mostly giving our best and brightest the top positions in business, sports, politics, etc.
There's no central authority with the power of "giving our best and brightest the top positions," but you seemed to be advocating for one, hence the eugenics connection.

I couldn't find it in The Expanded Quotable Einstein or in Barlett's Familiar Quotations. The closest I could find was from the 1938 book The Evolution of Physics by Leopold Infeld which included this:
quote
Most of the fundamental ideas of science are essentially simple, and may, as a rule, be expressed in a language comprehensible to everyone.
  —Albert Einstein
Einstein may also have said this, though no one can find an original source, which is a restatement of Ockham's Razor:
quote
Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler
  —Albert Einstein
He also has several quotes about how complicated people sometimes make things, so whether or not Einstein actually said that about explaining to a six year old, it seems a sentiment he would agree with.

Why race? Are you proudly fat or skinny, smart or dumb, strong or weak?
It's amazing the lengths you racists go to hide your racism.
I think most of us here acknowledge the racism that is built into us as human beings. The difference between us and you is that we're wary of it and its consequences while you celebrate it.

When did white become a race?
Like since forever. From Dictionary.com:
Caucasian: noun, a white person
From Merriam-Webster
Caucasian: of or relating to a group of people having European ancestry, classified according to physical traits (such as light skin pigmentation), and formerly considered to constitute a race (see RACE entry 1 sense 1a) of humans
You can resume celebrating your whiteness now.

Every color then is somehow a race. Right?
You could look race up and see if you're right.
When did you stop celebrating your color or race and let shame for yours, I think/guess, be your expression?
What I had said is that most of us here are aware of the racism inherent in being human and are wary of its influences while you seem to celebrate them.
