Even the Ukranian President is openly compromising on NATO. I don't know if he outright conceded that he will accept a "NATO ban", but he has stated clearly that Ukraine will not join. Russia says that the negotiations are "strange", when it comes to removing the Neo Nazi formations in the military. The Rusdian negotiator says that his Ukranian counterparts deny they have any Nazis involved in any governmental activity or affairs - military or otherwise. The Russian negotiator has pressed the Ukranian government, in negotiations, about National Guard battalions. Once Ukraine agrees to ban NATO and do something about the murderous attacks on civilians, by paramilitary forces, then perhaps there can be a phased Russian troop pullout of (West) Ukraine, then - with scrutiny of Ukrainian promises, over the years Eastern Ukraine can slowly become free of Russian troops. But Russia should NEVER pull out one single inch UNTIL the shelling of the Eastern cities ceases, and the attacks on civilians cease. Edited by LamarkNewAge, : No reason given.
