I've always found photos of dragonflies so beautiful - iridescent colours and amazing forms. (The big ones do scare the crap out of me on the odd occasion they've flown into a holiday home where I've been staying, though).
Could there be any greater conceit, than for someone to believe that the universe has to be simple enough for them to be able to understand it ?
