Re: Washington State trooper who refused to get vaccinated dies of COVID-19
Let us celebrate former Washington State Trooper Robert LeMay's life and death as well as the illnesses and deaths he caused by not getting vaccinated (for apparently anything) and thereby becoming a vector of disease to who knows how many over his 50 years. That he quit his job rather than get vaccinated is a testament to his determination to make sure he caused as much misery as possible.
Let us mourn his passing. No longer will his sweet exhalations shower us with viruses, no more will his soulful body take a bed from someone in need. He will be missed.

Ebola?
I wonder how the world will respond the next time there is an Ebola outbreak or some other really deadly disease?
Ten years later and they were still asking in the doctor's office if I had traveled to Africa recently, until Covid hit. I often pointed out to them that much of Africa is thousands of miles from where there were any Ebola cases. I guess it will be decades before we see that kind of public health response again, but I guess people dying of the screaming shits is scarier, though.

test kits
The covid-19 test kits I ordered many months ago finally arrived and also the four test kits from the .gov site are shown as out for delivery.
Unfortunately, no symptoms and so no reason to test a test right now.

The anti-mask anti-quarantine people will be demanding quarantine. And the anti-vax people will be demanding a vaccine.
Consistency is not their strong point.

He will be missed.
Apparently, not by Fox. They tried to make him into a celebrity and hero back in October, but news sources are reporting that Fox is not reporting the story that he has died of Covid. I am not going to watch Fox to see if that is true or not.

These days I'm not so sure that they wouldn't scream "fake news" and deny that an epidemic was happening. There are anti-public health nuts denying Covid from their deathbeds.

You cant fight Marxist tyranny with national socialist principles. There is no right side and wrong side. None are righteous.

But there is no Marxist tyranny or anyone trying to implement it.

Ice Hockey N95 Mask Tyranny
I just read that the Canadian Women's Ice Hockey Team defeated the Russians 6-1 while wearing N95 face masks.

Sorta. Initially, but, not the whole game.

The US Army's "pan-coronavirus" vaccine could protect against any COVID variant
A universal vaccine to end COVID pandemics? It's in the Army's sights
quote:
Omicron, the latest variant of COVID-19, has led to a surge in cases and hospitalizations, raising talk of fourth booster shots and variant-specific vaccines. But what if there were a universal coronavirus vaccine that protected against omicron and all new COVID-19 variants?
At Wednesday's press briefing, White House Chief Medical Adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci explained the term "pan-coronavirus vaccine."
Said Fauci: "There have been five SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern: alpha, beta, gamma, delta and now the current omicron. And so obviously, innovative approaches are needed to induce broad and durable protection against coronaviruses that are known and some that are even at this point unknown. Hence, the terminology 'pan-coronavirus vaccine.'"
In a surprise twist, it's not Moderna, Pfizer or any pharmaceutical company that is leading the research into pan-coronavirus vaccines -- it's the US Army.
The Army recently announced that its pan-coronavirus vaccine, the spike ferritin nanoparticle COVID-19 vaccine (aka SpFN) had completed Phase 1 of human trials. Publication of the results is expected in January, depending on the completion of the official data analysis.
I'll be Rand Paul is shitting bricks about this!
