I'll not even bother trying to justify anything scriptural since none of you revere or respect the book and instead use doctrines of demons and modern political correctness (witchcraft) to spew your anti theist propaganda.
You may laugh and scoff, but keep in mind that we may yet glean some humor in this topic rather than a soapbox for the antichrist.
First, Phat, thank you for promoting this topic. I would have understood if you let this sit in limbo until someone else took a look. I know it is heartfelt difficult for you.
But, yes, Phat, this is, from your perspective, the den of inequity, the realm of the antichrist, home of satan himself with me, a minor EvC demon, acting as emcee.
This thread is home for the antichrist. To every person and idea labeled antichrist by the bloody fork-tongued (fork-minded) priests of your temples, this is a refuge, a respite from the evil that is religion.
There are a few really good concepts christians think they invented that play out big in their book. Of course we demons adopted them well before your god spoke his first words to that jim-jones wannabe, abraham. Don't want to disrespect such noble sentiments so we have adopted these from the larger body of basic human dignity.
Humanist Manifesto
You christians never follow them, anyway.
We will, of course, find humor in this topic because religion, despite being the creator, the advent, of all evil on this planet, is just so hilariously stupid. It's easy, and fun, to make merry of stupid.

Re: GOD In The Frying Pan
Jesus Himself has no problem with homosexual atheists, Were they to meet, He would simply cast the demons that they had out of them, freeing them up to truly love.
So a gay's feeling for his life's partner is not "truly love".
Damn, Phat, you have spoken some evil concepts in your day but this is one of the most abhorrible concepts christianity ever devised.
Christians: Human love is evil. Fuck you very much.

I knew this was going to cause a reaction before I even said it. Keep in mind that I did not single out same sex attraction. Tangle is the one who brought out the fact that Stephen Fry was gay. My beef with Fry was not and is not the fact that he is gay. My only bother about Fry was that he dared to be arrogant with God, as if he himself were superior. Many people have this problem including some of our members.
And I did not specifically say that atheists and gays had demons. M y belief is that most if not all of us have some oppression. That our goal as humans is to become less arrogant and more humble. That learning how to love is a process and that it applies to everyone.
Of course, since you guys do not believe that God(or perhaps "my God" or perhaps "The Christian God" or whom I call Jesus Christ actually exists, I can see why you would be offended by my hubris. I have no beef with any humans.
I DO claim that all of us can learn how to love more honestly and deeply.
The day that I can love a homeless stinky guy with the same fervor that I may love someone I am attracted to will be a powerful day indeed.

That's what you automatically came out with because it's what you believe and how you would naturally talk inside your bigoted Christian community.
You're only attempting to backtrack and obfuscate now because you've been caught in an embarrassing truth.

OK. I would defend this accusation, but I won't. There is likely some truth to it. So now what?

So now you have to explain how your beliefs are Christian, not biblical, Christian.

Perhaps I have to explain my actions, which I have done...yet I have no need nor obligation to explain or defend my beliefs in any way. You are free to ask me specific questions, however---which I shall try and answer honestly.

A Christian loves his neighbour and does as he'd like to be done by. That's all it takes.
That excludes treating homosexuals and atheists as being possessed by demons that need to be cast out.
(I can't believe that needs saying in the 21st century.)
He can love his god as well, but that's between him and his god.

Oh,god, no!
Having lived this long just to find out I've been a christian all this time?
This can't be right. This is too upright, too wholesome, too good.
We know from history, ancient and modern, that christians speak of this but don't actually practice it. They do practice evil, however. Lots and lots of mean bloody evil.
Here I am trying to get through life as a good guy while skewering religion and you're telling me I've been Christian all along?
I think your definition is not right. It needs to include the Christian hatred of women, gays, Samaritans, any religious cult (even christian) not their own, any nation not their own, and like that.
Your definition needs to include the deep hatred of Christians toward ... humanity.
Your definition may be seen as an ideal but it certainly isn't the reality. Like health care in the USA. We have a good technical R&D definition but the reality of the end product just really sucks.
Talk up the love, sunshine and puppies but in the end, hate everybody. That's more the christian way.

Dare we lump all of them together? Were I a liberal, I would not wish to be categorized with any specific traits that I did not embrace. Christians do not like to be stereotyped either. Unless we had a Southern Baptist Lives Matter movement, or a Jesus is lovey dovey Spinozaspeak movement.

Me too. Mostly. Well at least sometimes.
But apparently being an atheist, I'm full of demons so it's not actually my fault when I'm not perfectly Christian.

Oh brother! I know where you guys are taking this argument and you may just win it!
First you came at me like demons, mocking Jesus and His Mother. Then you flip it all around to the typical liberal kumba yaheveryone is saved and in the club sorta thing! Which does not anger me, but which infuriates my demons. Because now they are no longer exclusive. No longer holding the power of the chosen people. No longer able to cast your devils out of you but forced to bow and scrape and serve you even if you take all my money and are not Christians. And they really really hate that! But I wont argue too much except to ask which God we are talking about. It better not be that pesky altruistic god of Spinoza. I am not a pantheist nor do I believe that that god was anything apart from a liberal fantasy. Then again, maybe my demons are telling me to fight you on this.
