Re: Bannon arrested for fraud
(Unless you argue that humans wrote the story and God had nothing to do with it, ...
That's actually kind of funny when you think about it. Yes, it was indeed humans who wrote the story. God has never written anything on His own but rather has always had to depend on humans to do His writing for Him. So then God uses humans as ghost writers.

Humans did write the story, Phat.
There is no evidence that any god has ever existed other than in human minds.
I realize that any evidence is only in our minds(and hearts) and that you may well argue that atheists have the same love for others and that people who claim to know God are nothing special. All that I might say is that some things cannot be proven through evidence because there is no evidence (at least objectively)

We must realize that the Reformation world view leads in the direction of government freedom. But the humanist world view with inevitable certainty leads in the direction of statism. This is so because humanists, having no god, must put something at the center, and it is inevitably society, government, or the state.- Francis A. Schaeffer
The whole war between the atheist and the theist comes down to this: the atheist believes a 'what' created the universe; the theist believes a 'who' created the universe.

There you go again Phat.
You post two sentences, consecutive sentences, that are mutually exclusive.
That is a classic example of how the Christian Cult of Ignorance holds two mutually exclusive beliefs but willfully avoids considering what either actually says.

Trump the mass murderer
He has been and is killing tens of thousands of us, soon hundreds of thousands, to increase his chances of reelection.
New book reveals Trump played down the virus despite understanding its severity
quote:
You just breathe the air and that’s how it’s passed, Trump said in a Feb. 7 call with Woodward. And so that’s a very tricky one. That’s a very delicate one. It’s also more deadly than even your strenuous flu.
This is deadly stuff, the president repeated for emphasis.
Trump told Woodward on March 19 that he deliberately minimized the danger. I wanted to always play it down, the president said.
The Washington Post, where Woodward serves as associate editor, reported excerpts of the book, Rage on Wednesday, as did CNN. The book also covers race relations, diplomacy with North Korea and a range of other issues that have arisen during the past two years.
The book is based in part on 18 interviews that Woodward conducted with Trump between December and July.
Trump never did seem willing to fully mobilize the federal government and continually seemed to push problems off on the states, Woodward writes. There was no real management theory of the case or how to organize a massive enterprise to deal with one of the most complex emergencies the United States had ever faced.

Always telling to see Jesus (who, if he existed, would have been Middle Eastern and dark skinned) portrayed as white and Anglo Saxon.
Does it grate, knowing that the chief object of worship in your religion would have been dark skinned ? Do you put your fingers in your ears and shout "LALALALALA" whenever that is pointed out to you ?

Could there be any greater conceit, than for someone to believe that the universe has to be simple enough for them to be able to understand it ?

Obama is a better Christian and a more moral and in general a decent human being. Trump is none of these but yet you support him?

Given the obvious contempt he has for Christians, I expect he does see those as reasons to prefer Trump.
