Biden Our Time: All things Joe Biden

It isn't about ignoring his record. It's about comparing his record to Trump's. And Trump has a record AS PRESIDENT too. We don't know what effect Biden's flaws would have on his presidency. We DO know what effect Trump's flaws HAVE HAD on his presidency and likely WOULD HAVE on a second term. With Biden, at least we know he is capable of changing.

To many of the people who read my posts, that would be pretty mild. Anybody who is off-put by it was probably going to vote for Trump anyway.You sound like the fat man who's offended when people notice that he's fat.

No. My argument is that you should vote for him because he isn't Trump. But we don't know that Trump can change. We're pretty sure he can't.

I was with some of my Charismaniac Christian friends last night. Lots of them believe that Trump was prophesied to get a second term. They claim that the prophecy essentially says that Trump"whispers the name of Jesus" in his first term and will end up "shouting the name of Jesus" in his second term.The main reason that "they" don't like Biden is because they essentially see the entire Leftist platform as being secular humanist, atheist, unrealistic(as in "where will the money come from?) and probably quite simply due to the fact that Biden will support Palestine as much as Israel, if not more. I really dont know what he thinks about abortion, but that will figure in big too.

nOK I'll go with that. I look at money as a giant game of musical chairs. The music needs to keep playing in order for the money to have value for everyone. If the music stops, only the top quadrents will have anything worth saving..(real estate, material goods, gold, and perhaps armed security which they will have to pay) We have had this argument before. Your inner socialist knows that he cant get money out of the proliteriat any more than blood out of a turnip so he wants the rest of us to become comrades. And if Biden gets in, likely so will I. Why should I become a fellow comrade? I know. I see it every day. The next 6 months will be tough. I've already whined about the stealing going on at my store. I prayed about it and God basically told me to pray for them(the thieves) and to not try and be an authoritarian cop. Unless I wanted to be an armed security guard working for some rich guy. Because the masses are not doing so well right now. Why the heck should I be poor just because the comrades want me to join them? This whole global game of money sucks. We all need Jesus. The humanist kum-ba-yah crowd wont make a better world in and of themselves. Everyone will simply be forced to join together in some weird societal communion that has no head. A headless beast.

Please provide the evidence to show anyone needs Jesus or that Jesus ever did anything for anyone.

As long as the top quadrants buy stuff, they'll be paying people to make stuff, take orders for stuff, deliver stuff and yes, guard stuff. The money never stops moving. Nonsense. Everybody pays taxes. Why not?

On the other hand, of course, going up to someone like, say, Representative Jerry Nadler, and saying, "Hey, you're fat!" (even though I suspect he knows he is) would indeed be insulting, and wouldn't help to persuade him to your point of view.I do like the "probably" in your post, though. Does that mean you think I might vote for Vice President Biden, but you think yourself incapable of persuading me, so you stick to nice, comfortable insults?
