Who says I'm "terrified" of demons? You haven't one iota of evidence for that notion. I have no such feeling nor have I ever expressed any such feeling. I talk about what I THINK NEEDS TO BE KNOWN ABOUT DEMONS, it's got nothing to do with my own personal feelings. You are hallucinating it. You are accusing me of demons that exist in your own head. And again, you owe me an apology. I am not a figment of your imagination, I am a separate human being who does not fit your hallucinated image.

You talk about them incessantly, talk about their power, their cleverness, etc. Its obvious that you fear them and their power. I'm wondering why if you're "cloaked with the full armor of the Lord." You are so totally confused it's pathetic. I am talking about demons because I think it is important for OTHER people to know about them, it has absolutely nothing to do with my own feelings.
If we are near the time of the Rapture there are going to be a lot of people going through the Tribulation. I would really like to make their horrific time a little less horrific if it's at all possible, and knowing what you are facing helps to know how to deal with it and not have a nervous breakdown over it, to put mildly what they will be up against. It is not a time I want ANYONE to go through, I wish people would be saved now and be spared it, but I know many won't be spared because they are determined to deny all this stuff. When some things start happening that can't be denied anymore THEN such information may turn out to be useful. The best I can hope is that they will be saved during that horrible time period. It starts out bad enough but then it gets worse after three and a half years and the world is going to be full of demons. I think demons are active in this world now as it is but I'm not worried for myself for Pete's sake, I'm worried for all the people who deny their existence, and when they finally see what they are really up against aren't going to have a clue how to deal with it. So I'm writing for them, hoping that it will be of some use when the time comes. Even if they encounter a demon NOW. I know at least to some extent how to deal with them, I've had to deal with them but most people haven't. including you apparently. I also think it would help to recognize demons in the world NOW. But the only REAL help will be faith in Christ because He has the power over demons that we don't. DEMONS ARE REAL, THEY ARE REALITY, WHY WOULD YOU WANT ME TO KEEP REALITY TO MYSELF? Just a final word.
I never talk about demons except where they are relevant in the context of the discussion. And you still owe me an apology for all your various attacks on me.

Faith writes: People here are "irked" by true Biblical Christianity, by believers in the Bible, by believers in demons, by conservatives and right wingers, so what? But all the evidence here Faith shows that it is the Atheists and not the self-proclaimed "Bible Believers" that actually believe the Bible says what is really written in the stories and means what is really written in the stories.

jar addressing Faith writes: I would argue that you are pandering to your pet theory that many more atheists will be in Heaven than will Christians. They may well believe that what is written is plainly evident. There is no meaning apart from what humans ascribe to each other, in their worldview. I argue that the book only has meaning due to the Character behind, within, and inclusive of the book coupled with the human experience. But all the evidence here Faith shows that it is the Atheists and not the self-proclaimed "Bible Believers" that actually believe the Bible says what is really written in the stories and means what is really written in the stories. Thus a believer. They would argue that it is only humans. Thus a secular humanist. Perhaps now would be a good time to remind us of the greatest commandment, parts one and two. Then you will ask me what the evidence shows and then I will again ask how you can claim to be a believer without some sort of internal confirmation and you will finally say that it is personal and not part of the topic. Not quite. I will once again remind you that words actually have meanings and "belief" not only does not require confirmation it in fact requires that there is NOT confirmation. Belief confirmed becomes knowledge.

jar writes: Belief confirmed becomes knowledge Would you say that during the time of Jesus on earth, Christianity was more mystical, abstract, and undefined whereas when our buddy paul came along and sought to expand the franchise the belief statements, creeds, and articles of faith became knowledge and franchise by-laws rather than the mystical relationship which the earlier Christians had?The only way I know to drive out evil from the country is by the constructive method of filling it with good.Calvin Coolidge "A lie can travel half way around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes." ~Mark Twain " As the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom, so the denial of God is the height of foolishness.-RC Sproul, Essential Truths of the Christian Faith - You can safely assume that you've created God in your own image when it turns out that God hates all the same people you do. No Phat, I would not even consider saying stuff like that. Edited by jar, : fix sub-title
