nope a "not guilty" comes at the end of a trial, yes there is a presumption of innocence but that is not the same as exonerated. Exonerated = charged and found not guilty, he was never charged. This isn't a black and white situation, not charging someone with a crime is not the same thing as someone being innocent of said crime

Not charging him IS finding him innocent.
no not charging is not charging. He has the presumption of innocence seeing as he hasn't gone through a trial, but is not the same thing as exoneration.
This is contrary to any other legal/judicial proceeding ever done in the US, trying to pretend he's still guilty
not charged is not the same as not guilty Faith. I will fully admit that he hasn't been convicted of any crimes related to the russia investigation, but that's not the same thing as being found innocent of any crimes related to the russia investigation as the case never went to trial. Under your theory of "no charges = innocent" then all the uncaught murderers out there are actually innocent of their crimes.

f what you say is true there was never any reason for an investigation at all since the whole point would have been to find something to charge him with or find nothing.
the whole point was to investigate russian interference in the 2016 election and any other crimes they came across. They indicted multiple russian individuals and agencies.
