That is a bunch of weasel words with no legal standing whatever. They were unable to prove obstruction of justice (or any involvement with Russia to affect the election) and what that means legally is that he is not guilty and what THAT means in plain English is that he is exonerated.

Trump can’t be charged because he’s President. That doesn’t mean that he isn’t guilty or that he has been exonerated. It means that he can’t be charged even if he is obviously guilty.

nope a "not guilty" comes at the end of a trial, yes there is a presumption of innocence but that is not the same as exonerated. Exonerated = charged and found not guilty, he was never charged. This isn't a black and white situation, not charging someone with a crime is not the same thing as someone being innocent of said crime

Weasel words galore. This is contrary to any other legal/judicial proceeding ever done in the US, trying to pretend he's still guilty wh4en you have nothing at all to prove it, nothing at all to charge him with. It's all a big fake. Not charging him IS finding him innocent. They didn't have the evidence to charge him, it's over, he's exonerated. I guess if enough of those who hate him just keep saying it over and over it will become true anyway though, won't it?

If what you say is true there was never any reason for an investigation at all since the whole point would have been to find something to charge him with or find nothing. Starr found crimes to charge Clinton with. That's the normal outcome of such an investigation. Or finding nothing. In Trump's case nothing was found, he's innocent, he's not guilty, he's exonerated, there is nothing to charge him with, it's only wishful thinking that keeps this charade alive.

No, the point wat to gather evidence for the House, so they could decide whether to start impeachment proceedings. The House decided not to, but that’s because the obstruction was largely unsuccessful and because the House needed a really strong case to get past the Senate.

Insufficient evidence to charge is not exoneration. no not charging is not charging. He has the presumption of innocence seeing as he hasn't gone through a trial, but is not the same thing as exoneration. not charged is not the same as not guilty Faith. I will fully admit that he hasn't been convicted of any crimes related to the russia investigation, but that's not the same thing as being found innocent of any crimes related to the russia investigation as the case never went to trial. Under your theory of "no charges = innocent" then all the uncaught murderers out there are actually innocent of their crimes.

the whole point was to investigate russian interference in the 2016 election and any other crimes they came across. They indicted multiple russian individuals and agencies.
