Of course it's still a free country. You are free to obey your god to your hearts content. No one is going to deny you that right.But everyone else is also free to obey their own gods or lack thereof without any interference from you.

Recognize there is no such law except for you christians. Your laws do not apply to the rest of us. You can no longer dictate to the rest of non-christian society. Hell, you folk can't even dictate to your own anymore. 10,000 cults and everyone is different. Oh, let's not go that far. We're not obstinate ideologues. We do learn and mature. Especially when we're reading Daniel Dennett. What we don't do is adopt every tennent they spout without considerable thought.
