Original Topic
The original topic back at Message #1 was regarding a recent book based on a theological/scientific theory that involves a parallel universe where a creating entity resides and is not subject to the physical laws of our universe. Apparently this entity can influence events in our universe and was responsible for the creation of life here, or so the author says.
This does not automatically imply UFOs, but it does seem to imply the absence of creator god in our universe and the presence of a creator god only over there on the other side.
If this is not an operative topic, then let's also examine other theories or suppositions regarding a parallel universe:
Here's one we don't have to even stray past Jupiter for:
"Two Australian scientists believe they have found evidence of a parallel universe of strange matter within our own solar system."

Peace.

If you admit God exists, do you also believe His Word, the Bible? If you do, you will know I am correct in saying God has always been.

If you want hardcore evidence that God exists, I do not have it. But, explaining the creation of matter itself without God.
I find that God is the only reasonable explaination.

Why is this more reasonable that simply saying "I don't know"?

Where in the Bible does it say that God has always been? I don't know the Bible very well.
And why is that any better a starting point than the p-brane theories which suggest a multiverse which as always been? It does come down to we both 'don't know'.

Common sense isn't

Twin or Parallel Universe
Good Morning, Ned.
Thank you for staying on course.
In trying to understand the Big Bang, the shape of the universe, and the "balloon analogy" in another thread, I stumbled on information related to this parallel universe topic.
I'm really not intending to argue the existence or non-existence of the "creative force" that initiated (or didn't) or governs (or doesn't) either the known universe or its twin just yet. I'm still trying to crasp the possibility that two or more universe coexist first.
Does the p-brane theory support the possibility of twin, multi, or parallel universes? And are there any data online regarding the theory within the context of this topic?
I found this: Forbidden
What do you and others think of it?

Peace.

I admit nothing of the sort since I have nothing in the way of evidence to convince me that such a being exists. You offer opinion but like assholes everyone has those however not many work hard at critically evaluating their knowledge[I am one of those of which I speak]and fewer still realize how everyone has bises and faults of logic that must be scrutinized by others in order to assure ourselves that our knowledge is consistent. This is the reason for peer review and in my eyes forums like this one are the finest kind of exercise that your mind can participate in.It is not easy to give up on cherished comforting notions but the rewards are immensley satisfying.
While I am at it I will risk scorn and insinuations of sucking up to the Admins but I want to take the time while I am thinking of it to thank Percy et al. for a remarkable job in starting and maintaining this site.It is really extraordinary in my eyes.Cheers.

I Don't Know is NOT what this site is about. This site is about debating theories, ideas, that are the most reasonable (back to my message).

Sorry but the Bible isn't my subject of interest. That is something I don't claim expertise in.
Your evidence is the Bible. I'm just asking for where it is explicit about the eternal existance of God. It is yours not mine. Where is the chapter and verse is all I'm asking.

Deu 23:25
From Bible gateway New International version
Deuteronomy 23
25 If you enter your neighbor's grainfield, you may pick kernels with your hands, but you must not put a sickle to his standing grain.
Added by edit:
But I found a few references that are implicit or explicit about God being eternal anyway.
