I think you're missing the point.
If God is an eternal, solitary being outside of time and space, why would he have a penis and testicles?
He doesn't drink, therefore he doesn't need to urinate. He doesn't reproduce, therefore he doesn't need sperm.
Further, if Adam had testicles, then God must have intended for there to be women, but Eve wasn't created until Adam complained. That doesn't make any sense.
On top of that, Eve wasn't created with a penis and testicles. Who was she modeled after? Why would God, who is alone and therefore has never seen nor needed a woman, conclude that his immortal creation Adam would need a companion which was unlike both God and Adam, the only two beings in existence?
Further, why have reproduction at all?
And why need a rib from Adam?
You see these are metaphorical myths. The more you look at the facts, the less sense they make. Just like the Native American myths of a world turtle upon who's back rests the Earth.
IT's all make believe.
