Your challenge is to roll 100 dice and get all sixes.
You can either bundle them all up at once and roll them, again and again till about the end of the universe, or:
You can roll them and then select only those not already sixes and roll just those dice again. You'll be done in a few minutes.
Evolution is more akin to the latter approach than to the former.
Those who come up with massive mathematical numbers against evolution are generally using the first approach.
On another website we had a creationist assure us many times that the odds against evolution were 1^720. He never did figure out why we were laughing.

I simply stated three facts from which it follows logically that evolution didn't happen.
What then explains all the evidence we see that has led to the theory of evolution?
Are you thinking some supernatural cause maybe?

Unintelligent non-design
There are 1E93 possible combinations of amino acids that will produce a functional cytochrome c protein, and that is just one protein. When you expand this to all functional proteins, your 1E43 calculation appears to be way off.
Here is another bit of evidence that supports your quotation:
Making Genetic Networks Operate Robustly: Unintelligent Non-design Suffices, by Professor Garrett Odell (online lecture):
Abstract: Mathematical computer models of two ancient and famous genetic networks act early in embryos of many different species to determine the body plan. Models revealed these networks to be astonishingly robust, despite their 'unintelligent design.' This examines the use of mathematical models to shed light on how biological, pattern-forming gene networks operate and how thoughtless, haphazard, non-design produces networks whose robustness seems inspired, begging the question what else unintelligent non-design might be capable of.

Re: Lambda hits Target with spectacular speed.
No, I am seriously expecting that anyone with even the most rudimentary understanding of reality is capable to see that the theory of evolution is just a complex rationalization for denial of reality, and as such - a hoax.
On the contrary, the theory of evolution is the single best explanation for a given set of facts. It explains all the relevant facts, is not contradicted by any relevant facts, and it makes successful predictions.
The "poofing" theory of creation fails all of the above.
