Political correctness is the whitewashing of the burning of the cars to deny that it's Muslim jihad. That would just be correctness.
And it's really really weird that that level of destructive violence would be described as the expression of "bored young men." Of course it is. Who else? Who defaces things with graffiti, Faith? Who vandalizes bus stops? Who smashed phone boxes back when we had phone boxes? Is not gratuitous vandalism almost invariably perpetrated by young males with too much free time and insufficient intelligence to make use of it?

YOu know perfectly well I'm not talking about a "random Muslim." There are hundreds of them burning cars in France. We KNOW it's jihad. Only the left doesn't. PC has blinded you all. I am talking about the Roman Catholic Church, not Catholics as such. The Papacy, the seat of power where all the decrees of murder and torture originate. That church is not a CHRISTIAN INSTITUTION. I'm not talking about individuals who may or may not be true Christians.

I did hear it on Christian radio, one of the weekend talk programs. Sorry I wasn't paying closer attention. But here's a source that mentions the average of 80 a day: Page not found Edited by Faith, : No reason given.

Actually going one link further and quoting la figaro would have been sensible. But OK the total figure is around 80 a day. We still have no idea how many are torched by Muslims nor any connection to jihad (there are a lot of urban poor Muslims in Some French cities which may have more to do with any Muslim involvement than jihad)

At the rate of burning 80 cars a day? You aren't thinking. I am in fact thinking. Right now I'm thinking that France probably has more bored louts than it does jihadis. I'm also thinking that that would explain why they have more acts of pointless vandalism (which one associates with bored louts) than suicide bombings (which one associates with jihadis). So what is your theory why it's young Muslim louts rather than young French louts? My guess is that it's not organized jihad but that it definitely is motivated by jihad in the minds of the perps.

Possibly because it has nothing to do with religion and everything to do with the poor protesting and revelers celebrating. It seems to be a French thing that has been happening for decades.

Of course the idea that every car set alight in France has been torched by a jihadi arsonist is pretty implausible. And let's not forget the danger from jealous French anglers. One UK fire service states that :
Every year in the UK around 93,000 road vehicles (or about 250 every day) go up in flames and about 75 people die as a result. About 80 per cent of car fires are started deliberately to cover criminal activity or as an act of vandalism. One in 12 reported stolen vehicles will be set on fire. Nearly half of all vehicle arson occurs in road vehicles that have previously been reported stolen.
So, about 200 a day deliberately torched to cover criminal activity or just as vandalism. Puts the French 80 a day figure into perspective.
