More often that not, one sees creationists attacking evolution on the basis of abiogenesis. The evolutionists universally respond with "evolution doesn't include abiogenesis". Which is true; it doesn't.
And therein lies the problem: evolution isn't an alternative to creation; in fact it doesn't deal with creation at all. Only with the development of species after whatever brought the world and the first life into being.

Yes, Evolution isn't compatible with literal biblical creation. But it isn't a direct alternative because it doesn't explain most of what is explained (however badly) by the Genesis account.
I think Mike summed it up best it should be Creationism vs. Science.

Are Creationists really zealots?
Yes.
Are they really fired up?
Yes.
Are they really fanatical in their attempts to prove their points?
Yes.
Do they clutch at any piece of information to prove their case?
Yes. Plus they lie, misquote, and distort the truth.
Do they spend their whole lives digging in the ground for evidence?
No, that'd involve actually looking at the evidence.
Do they run contrary to what can be observed with their eyes?
Yes.

How about we keep the goalposts in one place for at least a few minutes, hey?
Whether Evolutionists are zealots or not is independent of whether Creationists are or not. The behaviours you listed are symptomatic of all Creationist literature and websites, with the exception of looking at the evidence which is notably absent.
Care to answer this point before running off on another diversion?
If you want to discuss your points on DNA, start a new topic - don't try and derail this one.
