Christian, Jewish, Hindu, and other religious creation myths can be discussed as myth in comparative religion, sociology of culture / religion, or even philosophy classes, but they have about as much relevance to the hard sciences as cake has to running marathons.* Disclaimer: I'm a clueless sociologist.
