I thought that the only people who doubted evolution were fundies from Alabama?
As with (apparently) most of the things you think, this is not the case. Obviously mere geographical location doesn't prevent fundies from being wrong about evolution, otherwise you could cure 'em of it with a plane ticket.

The official caricature of creationists is that it only exists in a small minority of fundies in the South and that it doesnt exist anywhere else in the world.
I wasn't aware that the Federal Bureau Of Satire And Caricature had agreed on an official standard.

The epidemic may have spread, but the USA was still Patient Zero.

You can't just blame Alabama. Henry Morris was from Texas.

Very true. Similarly, I've heard British fundies reciting things that only make sense in the context of having a First Amendment, and not at all in a country in which Christianity is the official religion.
You can see the same thing with the Freeman-On-The-Land movement: the magic words they recite to make their debts vanish are based on misunderstandings of American law, but they don't know it.

Your inability to understand very simple things is impressive even for a creationist. Did it take practice, or were you born that way?

Did Adolph Hitler ever address the topic of human evolution?
"For it was by the Will of God that men were made of a certain bodily shape, were given their natures and their faculties." - Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf, vol. ii, ch. x
"The most marvelous proof of the superiority of Man, which puts man ahead of the animals, is the fact that he understands that there must be a Creator." - Adolf Hitler, Hitler's Tabletalk (Tischgesprache im Fuhrerhauptquartier)
"From where do we get the right to believe, that from the very beginning Man was not what he is today? Looking at Nature tells us, that in the realm of plants and animals changes and developments happen. But nowhere inside a kind shows such a development as the breadth of the jump , as Man must supposedly have made, if he has developed from an ape-like state to what he is today." - Adolf Hitler, Hitler's Tabletalk (Tischgesprache im Fuhrerhauptquartier)

Re: Unreliable Sources
You may be right; but when the Tabletalk concurs exactly with statements made in public speeches and in Mein Kampf, it's not unreasonable to think that we're getting Hitler's drift.
