This is ridiculous. It's almost June and we have our furnace on. It's freakin' cold and stormy outside right now.
How's the weather where you're at?

The north shore of Lake Superior (northern Minnesota, USA)
Forecast is for 23-28F tonight (28-33F near Lake Superior).
Beats the heck out of tornadoes, though! We're guarded by the big lake.
You griping about 60 degrees down south somewhere?
Moose
Added by edit:
Normal (average) low for date - 43F
Record low for date - 28F
Those temperatures are closer to Lake Superior, which can be a fair bit warmer than more away from the lake. Still, were talking a record low situation.

Phoenix
A balmy 100o, partially cloudy with a piercing big blue sky. Oh, and lots of bright yellow-white sun. Had the AC running a wee bit (few mins. every couple hrs.) to keep the place at 80o. In this (lack) of humidity that is all that is needed to make dry comfortable home.
Did I mention it was warm?

We've had 60's and 70's, and just a couple days in the 80's lately. I drive with my windows down, the windows at my place are all open...weather here is nice.
So, you know...Ha Ha, and all that.

Here in Idaho we are having an unusually cold and wet Spring. I don't think the mid 80's have even been threatened. This is due to a strong La Nina pattern, the same pattern that is fueling all of those tornadoes. During El Nino's we get much drier and hotter conditions.

My furnace is the only thing in my house that is natural gas powered. The gas company charges 20$/month for(in their own words) the privilege of being able to use their product even when no CCFs of gas are used. So to save money, I had them shut it off the 1st week of April and will have it turned back on in Oct. I like my house really cool anyways(60-65F is great) but I was using an electric space heater in the bedroom for a few nights.

Here in Idaho we are having an unusually cold and wet Spring.
Thievin' potato-eaters! I'm down here 49 miles from Anglagard, and we are up to 1.9 inches (48 mm) of rain so far this year!! And, like he said, 108 F = 42 C forecast for this afternoon.
I'm pretty sure that we have had more days over 100 F so far this year than we had all of last summer. At least, though, humidity below 10% helps. Until you have a grass fire......
