According to where CO2 in our atmosphere comes from, ~ 95% comes from non man-made sources, while 5% comes from man-made sources. If CO2 is the real bad boy in our atmosphere that causes/determines climate change, then the answer is to grow more CO2 absorbing plants rather than trying thru Cap & Trade to control the 5% man causes. But it never was or is about climate change. It has always been about control, following the money, and redistribution of wealth!
