I would not be surprised to see a woman like that in the UK.

I too have straight brown hair, blue eyes and broader than average shoulders. My cheek bones are slightly raised and similar jaw line, as well. My sister has a similar patten of freckles (I used to tease her about them remorselessly).
​
This woman looks very British to me, but then the UK is a bit of a melting pot.
​
