Lack of proper education and shortage of technical personnel has been one of the greatest bottlenecks in the smooth running of the various businesses that are part of the hospitality industry in the UK. The tourism industry in the UK always welcomed talented skilled professionals from all parts of the globe. Consider the situation in the Weston mare area. To provide the best Accommodation Weston Super Mare hotels have gone the extra mile after a market research into the customer preferences revealed as to what is lacking in their services on offer.
Tourism is one of the fastest growing industries and it is necessary to make adequate provision for specialized training and education to give it a competitive advantage especially in places like Weston mare. The introduction of newer world class facilities in newer areas, the expansion and diversification of existing services and technological diversification requires a time bound effort from the part of the experienced workforce. Not only that, to innovate and to improve the sophistication of the existing facilities and to introduce newer standards, it calls for the induction of larger numbers of people and also the recruitment of better qualified and highly trained personnel in the various sectors of the tourism industry in the UK.
The need for improving the curriculum and training pattern followed in the travel and tourism schools therefore becomes apparent and a concerted systematic effort by the government of the UK is a must to meet the current situation. The International Union of Official Travel Organizations (now World Tourism Organization) highlighted the importance of Human Resource Development (HRD) as early as in 1946 in the following words, “The field of manpower training was a sector deserving sustained attention from the government and the professionals”.
To repeat, it is imperative that all those professionally engaged in the tourism industry in any sector and at any level should be very familiar with the tourism potential and available facilities/services in the country and also with the various procedural formalities to be observed.

Uhhhhhhhhh..... okay......
That's one of the most random posts I've ever read.

"I love the man that can smile in trouble, that can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection. 'Tis the business of little minds to shrink, but he whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves his conduct, will pursue his principles unto death. " Thomas Paine
