Here is your chance to legitimately say "I told you so" about a week from now.
My prediction: McCain will get the Republican nomination.
Between Hillary and Obama, since Edwards just dropped out of the race, I honestly have no clue who will come out the winner.
Ok, your predictions now.

Go Huckabee!
I have a feeling that Romney is going to be elected, but I'm cheering for Huckabee all the way!
p.s. teen4christ what do you believe?

Yeah, it's McCain.
But the Dems?
With alla those superdelegates, it's awful darn easy for the DNC to pick the candidate (with a little bullying) ... so I'm not convinced these primaries mean too awful much.
It's tough to figure who the DNC will pick to run against him.

An OT reply from Lem.
How is any of this related to the upcoming presidential election?

Re: An OT reply from Lem.
Well, I only came to this thread because I glanced over the title and thought it said "Your prediction about outcome of Super Bowl". Guess I should slow down and read a bit more carefully.
Oh well, while I'm here. I hope McCain gets it for the Republicans. All the others (especially that nut job Huckabee) scare the crap outa me. Romney is (IMHO) as phony as they come, Giuliani, thank God, is gone, and Ron Paul hasn't a snowballs chance in hell.
On the Dems side...I guess I really don't know...I lost my vote when Edwards dropped out. Between the main two, I guess I have a slight favoring towards Hillary. Obama, I feel, is kind of a jerk. His whole spleal about how he "would" have voted about the war just drives me away from him. I don't believe him. He's like a broken record. Personally, I don't give a fuck how he "would" have voted...cuz we're in the damned thing, so shut up about it already. He started out promising, and then just turned into yet another politician.
Oh...and while I'm at it...Patriots over the Giants, 30-17.

The candidates are increasingly becoming desperate financially. Romney has been able to raise $90 million, 30 of which came straight out of his pocket. McCain has exhausted his fundings and has now taken out a huge loan with a life insurance. Huckabee is playing the evangelical, or rather the televangelical, card and remains strong.
I still say McCain will gobble up much of super tuesday.

I hope you're correct. But still, just so I'm clear on this...I will not vote for any Republican. I have voted Republican in the past, but I don't foresee myself ever voting for a Republican again. What they have done to this Country just sickens me.

What political suicide looks like

Its still too early tell.
One question: What in the hell is going through Biden's mind?

“There is something which unites magic and applied science while separating both from the 'wisdom' of earlier ages. For the wise men of old the cardinal problem had been how to conform the soul to objective reality, and the solution had been knowledge, self-discipline, and virtue. For magic and applied science alike the problem is how to subdue reality to the wishes of men: the solution is a technique; and both, in the practice of this technique, are ready to do things hitherto regarded as disgusting and impious" -C.S. Mcain is next president
Mcain will win on tuesday.
Hillary will squeek out victory,.
Mcain will be next president.
There will be war with iran soon and troops will remain in iraq for at least 10 years.
If Obama wins on Tuesday (very very unlikely), the republican nominee will win the general in a landslide victory
There I just predicted the future.

I hope Romney gets the Republican vote. If Romney is running for the Republicans then I don't care who wins, Republican or Democrat. If McCain gets the vote then I'll be all nervous until the election is over because the world will truly be a more dangerous place if that nutter takes control of America's steering wheel.
As for who I actually think will get through, McCain and Clinton.
