Interesting news .

First Temple wall found in City of David
“A wall from the First Temple was recently uncovered in Jerusalem's City of David, strengthening the claim that it is the site of the palace of King David, an Israeli archeologist said Thursday.”
Metropolitan Museum Etruscan Chariot - Art - The New York Times
A More Precise Version of Your Chariot Awaits
(interesting because it lists a professor who has studied the world’s surviving chariot remains (300 are around the world - 6 are in good condition) - so this will be a good person to contact for the Exodus route research).

Ancient Jewish city found under Palestinian suburb
“JERUSALEM (AFP) - Workers digging a new Jerusalem tram line have stumbled upon the remains of an ancient Jewish city from the first century AD under what is now a Palestinian suburb of the Holy City.”
I have a feeling that within the next several years, there are going to be a lot more amazing discoveries supporting the validity of the Bible.
Maybe God will save the best for last - The Ark of the Covenant. A direct counter to the Antichrist and Beast of Revelation - the RCC.

Hi Lys, do you see this as being put in Links and Information or are you looking to debate any of it?

Hmmm...I guess I really didn't think about it. I was hoping for it to not turn into a debate, but rather mainly for informational purposes.
    What do you suggest?

I will put it in links and information. Debate there is suppose to be minimal. If anyone wants to discuss or debate any of the information in your links they can start a topic.

    Thanks for the links.
It's a shame that a subway is more important than archeology. But I guess from the perspective of those who need the subway it might make more sense.

I hope it doesn't kill 50,070 onlookers this time, too!

Interesting news, of course. But I'm not sure how these support "the validity of the Bible". I suspect that everyone knows that the Hebrews lived in the area thousands of years ago and built several temples to their god.
Now evidence of a god-man who was crucified by the Romans and then flew up to heaven -- that is the main point of the Christian Bible, no?

The first article is confused. So far as I can tell all they've discovered is a large wall somewhere in "the City of David", and it is suggested that it is "from King David's time". No explanation is given as to why it is thought to be part of the Temple complex. Further investigation by google doesn't find much. It is in the Temple Mount area, but I have found no explanation of the dating evidence or the relationship to the Temple.
The second link offers nothing. The chariot specifically referred to is Etruscan. Any attempt to analyse the Exodus route is worthless until we can sort out what really happened - if anything. This link offers no progress on that front.
The third link refers to buildings erected AFTER the destruction of 70AD. How that is supposed to support the Bible isn't clear.
