I am guessing you are referring to female circumcision (aka genital mutilation of females) that is very widely practiced in many places around the world, especially in Africa and Asia Minor.
Well, let's ask ourselves the following questions. How old are these females when they are mutilated? Are they fully briefed about the pros and cons of the procedure before hand? Do they even have a choice? What are the purposes behind the mutilation? Are there steps taken before, during, and after the procedure to prevent infections and to ease the pain?
My question to you is is this suppose to be some kind of logic trap?
