First of all, "science" derives from the Greek word "sciens" which means knowledge. You see, contrary to popular opinion, getting a degree in 'science' does not necessarily make you knowledgable (just like going to church does not mean you're a Christian).
As for the second law of thermodynamics:
If the volume and energy of a system are constant, then every change to the system increases the entropy [...] entropy of the universe does not decrease. The molecules in one's body exist in great order; this only happens because the entropy of the rest of the universe is increased to a greater amount than the entropy of the body is decreased. Also, if the big bang is true, then the universe has a center (and therefore a boundary) and so the universe is a 'closed system' Being a closed system, no new energy is added, and therefore the univeral entropy is at an increase...
Please do not assume that all creationists don't understand how that law works.
