Dear Taz,
Have you challenged Dr. Behe yourself? He's an easy enough man to reach via email, he's always responded within a few hours when I've emailed him.
There's no sense in little ole' me trying to "defend" Dr. Behe, as I'm obviously under-qualified for the task.
If you think you have really destroyed his case then I don't understand why you wouldn't make it public to him, so Dr. Behe can have a chance at a rebuttal.
That's my 2 cents worth for now.

Re: Crab
. Thus, the earliest expression boundary of UbdA lies within the second opisthosomal segment in all the chelicerates examined. These results suggest that rather than being derived, the spider UbdA expression in O2 likely reflects the ancestral expression boundary. Changes in the morphology of the first opisthosomal segment are either not associated with changes in UbdA expression or correlate with late developmental changes in UbdA expression.
So what does this really prove??

I think is proves that the specialized jargon of a highly technical field in incomprehensible to the layman, of which I include myself.
This is NOT aimed at sonnikke, you just happen to have been the last message poster - I'm going to run with my wild guess that this topic has long outlived its usefulness, and am going to close it.
If someone thinks something important has been terminated, you can start a new topic, and link back to this one.
