Depends what you want to do with it. I had a treo 650 which was a pda with a phone tacked on. Now that's fine but i've come to realise that what i actually need is a communication device with some pda functions plus the ability to check documents (i loaded the treo with apps but besides splashid never used any of them).
the exc is a powerful beast and if you are familar with windows mobile is the way to go. It's got a nice big screen and the battery life is great - lots of 3rd party apps as well. However it's BIG and from all accounts is a pretty average as a phone.
I'm using a nokia e61 and even after only a hour or so of usage it's won me over. It uses s60 as it's os and as a palm man while i it's going to take some getting use to - i think it's pretty neat. The first two messages i sent via 3g (orange) but I am now connected via my wi-fi point. All done pretty with little fuss.

Good god - of course - that's half the fun! I'm a gadget freak I admit it. Of course, the other half of the fun is trying to get it to do those things that it doesn't seem to want to do but you use to find very useful on your own phone.
Here's a neat feature I've found - you can set it so if you send it a text message, it locks the phone (so if it gets nicked, you can stop some scumball reading your data).
Edited by CK, : No reason given.

something else to bear in mind.
Something else to bear in mind - carrier charges. At the moment T-mobile is the best and offers "unlimited" (really 2gb) data for 7.50 per month - however this is purely for web and email and they get a bit upset if you want to stream stuff over it.
the rest are currently awful - however if you get a new phone with orange, they offer "3g try" for 3 months - which is 1gb of data per month. I'm hoping by the time my trial concluded they get a bit more realistic about data charges!

Re: something else to bear in mind.
Thanks for your comments earlier. Will certainly bear them in mind. I'm being stiffed on Orange at the mo, with all my mobile browsing on my 6630. What's T-mobile GSM and 3G coverage like?

Re: something else to bear in mind.
In regards to coverage t-mobile is pretty similar to orange. However you might want to check out a few of the mobile forums and see what people are saying about your particular area.
i'm glad this came when it did my internet service is migrating and i have got nothing at home until at least tomorrow!
my current package with orange is pretty good i pay 30 for 650 anytime cross network minutes and 1100 text. It looks like orange will be offering unlimited data (well about a 1gb) for about 8ish from the end of august or around then.

testing browser
it seems there is a bug in the built-in nokia browser which means that if you are typing in a text box such as this, it does not scroll toward when you type. This means that if you type too much it goes off the bottom of the screen and you are unable to see what you are typing. I have loaded opera mini-browser and this is a test post just to see the same problem does not persist.

Of course, 3 Maccabees is innerent and for that reason included in the Canon. You just need to choose the right Canon.
However the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John as well as all of the works of Peter and Paul are not innerent and so were excluded from the Canon. You just need to choose the right Canon.
There is no such book as THE BIBLE. It simply doesn't exist in Christianity. The Book of Enoch, 3 Maccabees, 3&4 Ezra are in if you look at the Ethiopian Church Canon, the Gospels are out if you look at the Samaritan Church Canon. If you are in the Nestorian Church then Revelations, 2 Peter, Jude as well as 2&3 John are not innerent and so excluded from the New Testament.
