I've noticed the problem before in this forum. Has to do with porting a word document to html, when the word document has "smart quotes" and dashes and such.
Better to use the ASCII quotes apostrophes dashes and such -- you need to turn OFF automatic corrections to do this.
If you paste the original into notepad, save it as ASCII and then copy it back to word it
should be okay.
