Canada plays England tonight for the last Blue Division match
Wait. What? England has a team in this thing? Why weren't we told!?
I bet we lose valiantly - 'cos that's what English teams historically are good at.

Actually England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales all fielded teams and Ireland is 4-0 so far.

US and Canada will be in the final tomorrow
With an overall record of 6-0 for the US and 6-1 for Canada, the two powerhouses in Lacrosse will face each other tomorrow in the Finals. Australia and the Iroquois Nation will play earlier that day for the Bronze medal.
The two teams are very evenly matched, the US winning their game against Canada in the Division Play by only one goal and after a Canadian goal had been disallowed for passing the crease and the final US goal being scored in the final 3 seconds.
This year, more than at anytime since 1978 the Canadians have a team as good as, maybe even better than the US. Should be a great game.

Canadians usually aim for sixth place. Anything above that is a bonus.

Canada Wins
For the first time since 1978 Canada wins the World Lacrosse Championship, 15-10.
Congratulations Canada.
Australia takes the Bronze with a 21-8 win over Iroquois Nation.
