there was an earthquake in may 2003 in indonesia,
in 2004 some 200,000 people were killed in a tsunami in indonesia (and thousands elsewhere as well).
there was another quake in december of 2004.
there was another earthquake late last year and another a few months ago.
there was a tsunami and several eathquakes today.
now. indonesia is 88% muslim and the most populous muslim majority nation in the world. however, indonesia has been working with the us against terrorism.
now. are they being punished for being muslim (or some other horrible sin) or are they simply suffering from living in the ring of fire and right next to a very active fault?
um. comparitives maybe. since science is a religion of course.

very good point.
however, that would imply that god is using the muslims and that might give them some validity... and we can't have that.

you mean like the wars and rumors of wars that haven't stopped for the last 4000 years? really. that's the weakest part of the whole bit. there has been almost constant war for at least the last 2000 of those. what makes the last ten years any different?
