I would make it a 6th, but unfortunately, I am lacking in logic.

Re: a token sixth
If you disagree with my opinion about your position then why didn't you reply to me when I made it. Instead you have been dragging this grudge into pretty much every non-discussion thread you can.
I thought what you were doing was BS and your claim to logic was bogus. I still think that. Logic means something robin. You can't just go redefine it mean, "stuff that I think is right". You should either challange me on that in place where it is on topic or drop this childish hurt-feelings routine.

    A vote of objection
Without debating anything, I would just like to comment that this POTM is one of the most offensive I have ever seen. The sheer hatred and misrepresentation in the chosen post* says more than I want to know about people who would treat this piece of "honesty" as worthy of recognition.
Surely there is room on a POTM thread for the occasional heartfelt demurral.

    Thanks Faith!
I'll take a vote of objection from you any day. Any time I can stand out in your daily stream of pile ons means I probably said something worth saying.

Admin on the difficulties of moderating topics gone bad
    Author: Admin
    Forum: Social Issues and Creation/Evolution
Thread: Is morality absolute or relative?
    Message: 150
I had closed this topic as being a disaster area. Admin reopened it to add his message and then reclosed it. I had not noticed this message before.
    Quoted in its entirety:
    Admin writes:
Opening this just briefly for a comment.
It really helps moderators figure out if a topic is disintegrating because of general misbehavior versus someone in particular if the originally non-misbehaving members kept it that way. When everyone is prickly and argumentative and off-topic and personal then it's just too difficult to tell. We have neither infinite time to untie the Gordian knot, nor the wisdom of Solomon.
There used to be a comedian who presented his ideas for a better world, and one of them was to arm everyone on the highway with little rubber dart guns. Every time you see a driver doing something stupid, you fire a little dart at his car. When a state trooper sees someone driving down the highway with a bunch of darts all over his car he pulls him over for being an idiot.
Please make it easy to tell you apart from the idiots.
In situations like this topic, I have the urge to just suspend everyone involved.
Please take any follow up comments to this message to the "General..." topic, link below.
