Re: Space?
I don't know. It depends on what effect solar radiation would have on a dead body. Also, I'd have to worry about my orbit decaying.

Pesto, The easiest way to fossilhood is to doublecross your local mafia druglord. You'll be immortalised & propping up a motorway bridge in no time. Mark

Play upon a word

The Dutch word 'mortel' stands for a certain type of concrete. The kind used on a mortarway? Join the effort to unravel {AIDS\HIV} with Team EvC! (click)

Re: Space?
Also, I'd have to worry about my orbit decaying. I thought you weren't worried about decay ... Being planted on the moon would be cool. The river scenario is dubious, depending on great amounts of silt burying the body (while the corp of engineers tries desperately to prevent any from building up) and on the river not subsequently uncovering you until the job is done. I thought you weren't worried about decay ...
I'm not worried about decay, I'm worried about burning up in the atmosphere.
