Yeah, you have defined the middle ground out of existence. Argument by definition doesn't fly so well.
I was raised a Christian and I have held onto many of the ethical principles that came with it. I'm decidedly atheist right now but I'm not your enemy and I don't hate Christianity. I find it a constant source of confusion and frustration that some Christians, like you, choose to see an enemy in every non-believer. You invent enemies everywhere and redefine your language to support that obsession. But the fact is that someone who is apathetic to your faith and your particular deity is simply apathetic. Someone who is curious but unconvinced is just that. A skeptic who tried to live your faith and found it empty, but still wants to live in harmony with you, is not an enemy and could be a friend if you would let him. There's enough damn hatred in the world without you inventing it everywhere you look.
