That almost sounds like it would be better as a form of consequences, with a pool of nouns and verbs to draw from or people swapping between the verb and noun and someone else reading them out, you could get some much more surreal combinations...
I'd homogenise her cravat.

You could have an 'All Elvis, All the time' game of charades. You would still have lots of possible films and songs, even more if they only had to be Elvis related.
