Apparently the Daily Show is devoting next week to evolution v creationism.
Can't find a link that proves it, so maybe I'm just being fed a pipe dream, but this should be great!!!

First one is on Monday on Comedy Central. Anyone else plan to watch?

Creation/Evolution pre-empted by Katrina
At least that's what I saw when I got to the recording of tonights "Daily Show".
I only makes sense. I presume they will pick up on C/E at some later time.

I live on the west coast, so still 2 hrs before I can watch it. It should be great though.

Re: Creation/Evolution pre-empted by Katrina
Oops, not that familiar with the scheduling. Accidently recorded the 7:00 pm (central) feed, which is apparently a re-run. Was already after 10:00 pm when I saw my error pointed out. Well, hopefully I now got the thing programed to catch the correct feed.

Thoughts on Evolution Schmevolution 1, 2, & 3
I thought that the first 2 kinda sucked. They were mildly funny but I think they lost the potential to really parody the debate.
Episode 3 however pulled it out. Lewis Black is always on fire and I thought that it was awesome that he tood Kent Hovind to town and made no qualms about showing the creationist roots of ID.
The interview at the end was awesome and Jon Stewart had ample fodder for some great comedy. They actually got Dembski on board! You can't get much better than Jon Stewart asking Dembski about the intelligent design of the scrotum.
That one is staying on my TIVO.

I thought Demski displayed good humor in his answer, and then dodged it big-time ...
