Well, this is interesting. I moved it to Practice and then Back. It seems to be working. After you check we can delete the dead ones.

I tried but with a title change
I am on Firefox. Are you?
It accepted a post as new thread, it did not take a title change (I wanted to avoid a collision) but there was no new thread.

Re: I tried but with a title change
I deleted the practice makes perfect copy.
I tried again -- it looked fine, showed me that I had a post in Practice makes perfect.
A refresh of list all topics doesn't show it.

Re: I tried but with a title change
I was using Firefox but I can try just about any browser. I'll try again.
