Re: New film version 2005
Really? I thought it looked more like one of those dolls you use in shop windows to display clothes. It certainly had that plastic look.
I am REALLY doubting the choise for the actor for Ford in the new movie, though. I thought the old TV serie made a good choise in how to portray Ford, but the 'new' Ford is more or less exactly the opposite.

I expect lots of makeup, so wouldn't jump to conclusions on looks.
It may have been plastic (it was a while ago) -- I just remember it flopping about.

Has anyone seen this? I am thinking about bidding, but I have never heard of this towel... anyone know anything about it?

Forget about the film!
BBC Radio 4 is going to air adaptations of the last 3 HHGTTG books.
This could be bigger than the biggest thing ever.

Okay, here’s a lil’ humor. Go to Google and type in (or cut and paste) this phrase; answer to life the universe and everything. The Google Calculator function will kick in and give you the answer.

"He hoped and prayed that there wasn't an afterlife. Then he realized there was a contradiction involved here and merely hoped that there wasn't an afterlife." ~ Douglas Adams
