Want to ask for opinion about website, how to proceed?

I came across this article which is quite intriguing. I would like some knowledgeable people to give their opinion about it.I posted this inside proposed topics but that was obviously wrong.How do I proceed with this? The website is: Something new is happening

I disagree.The proposed topic has now been promoted from the "Proposed New Topics" forum, to the "Biological Evolution II" forum.I currently awaits a topic title modification, such that the title actually reflects the theme of the topic.Topic originators can now modify topic titles by edit. It is done by clicking on "edit" for the first message.Hopefully this topic title editing feature will be useful, and used where needed. I, however, also hope that it won't be abused. I would prefer that the topic titles be right before the topic leaves the "Proposed New Topics" forum.Adminnemooseus
