Come on, guys, it's obvious these new posters are Chin. Please, please stop responding to him.

Just give it up...I'm here to stay. You'll just have to put up with a person who expresses opinions contrary to your own. Stop throwing a temper tantrum and just accept this.

On the contrary... the alias NosyIsAnUglyMan is a personal attack on NosyNed, specifically name-calling. And MrJack just tonight made a personal attack on me, specifically name calling.......is he getting banned now, too?
If we are going to get into another discussion about why you were banned What do you mean "another"? In order for us to have a conversation about why I was banned it would require you Admins to STOP BANNING ME ON SIGHT so that we could discuss it.....
(assuming you rejoin under yet another username), please post in this topic: "Jason Chin has elected to visit boot camp for a time". To demonstrate I am a reasonable man, I will do this. This message has been edited by FlamingHomosexual, 11-23-2004 08:51 AM

We are banning you on sight because you have violated the Forum Guidelines on posting under multiple ID's many times over.
If you wanted to have a discussion, you could email Percy and ask if it would be possible to have your priviliges reinstated, i.e. the proper proceedure to follow, instead of continuing to violate Forum Guidelines. But what does it matter? You've stated that you will continue to act in this fashion regardless of our actions, so I don't see why I shouldn't keep banning every last ID you register even if it does slow down the conversation somewhat. Anyway, this thread is as much for other interested members as it is for you. I note as well that MrJack did not call you any names - he called you unreasonable, which I and probably most of the members here would consider an appropriate description. Even if it could be considered slander, MrJack does not have your record of blatently disregarding the Forum Guidelines. He would be warned to be polite in future rather than face suspension. Can you think of any reason that we should excuse your actions and allow you to continue to post on EvCForum? Despite your opinion to the contrary, your views have nothing to do with your suspensions - so please do not bring them up. Examine your previous postings, and consider whether the moderators actually have due cause to ban you based on your behaviour. AdminIRH

Would it be possible to identify a reader by MAC address rather than IP address and then restrict access on that basis?
I don't know what this board's written in, but this page has details on how to do in ASP (about half way down).

See what I meant? As you can see he's stepped it up to personal harassment of the admins, and to homophobic usernames.
Percy's gonna have to talk to Chin's ISP to get him to stop. His behavior is well past the point that would be considered harassment.

It's being worked on. Chin may find himself with no internet access at all.
