But he's got to be using the internet somewhere, either through a home ISP, or through a college. Either way he's violating the Acceptable Use policy of his End-User Agreement. ISP's don't take kindly to that (because ignoring it opens them to litigation) and colleges like it even less.At this point his behavior constitutes harassment. Why he gets his kicks off of pissing off folks at a little-known corner of cyberspace doesn't make much sense to me, but it's probably because he's not skilled enough to do anything else. Although I'd watch out. It's not going to be long before he steps it up to outright hacking of the forum.
